6 Advantages of Paper-plastic Composite Packaging Bags:

The three-in-one composite paper-plastic composite bag is made by combining plastic and kraft paper. Typically, the plastic layer uses polypropylene (PP) flat yarn woven fabric as the base material, while the kraft paper is refined and specially designed for composite purposes. The transportation of these bags is mainly carried out manually or using forklifts for unitized handling. Also known as the three-in-one composite paper bag, it is currently one of the most popular and practical general packaging materials, formed by laminating kraft paper with a plastic coating and then converting it into bags.

1. It can be used as agricultural product packaging bags. Due to resource availability and pricing, 6 billion woven bags are used annually for cement packaging, accounting for over 85% of bulk cement packaging. With the development and application of flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs), plastic woven FIBCs are widely used in marine and transportation packaging for industrial and agricultural products. In agricultural packaging, plastic woven bags are extensively utilized for aquatic product packaging, poultry feed packaging, covering materials for farms, and materials for shading, wind protection, and hail shelters in crop cultivation. Common products include feed woven bags, chemical woven bags, putty powder woven bags, urea woven bags, vegetable mesh bags, fruit mesh bags, etc.

2. It can be used as food packaging bags. Food items such as rice and flour are gradually being packaged using woven bags. Common woven bags include rice woven bags, flour woven bags, corn woven bags, etc.

3. It is used in the tourism and transportation industries. Temporary tents, sunshades, various travel bags, and luggage in the tourism industry often incorporate plastic woven fabrics. Various tarpaulins are widely used as covering materials for transportation and storage, replacing heavy and mildew-prone cotton tarpaulins. Construction site fencing and netting also extensively use plastic woven fabrics. Common examples include logistics bags, logistics packaging bags, freight bags, freight packaging bags, etc.

6 Advantages of Paper-plastic Composite Packaging Bags:

1. Moisture Resistance: Due to the excellent fluidity and film-forming properties of PVA, a thin film is formed on the inner layer of the sterilized paper-plastic packaging bag during pressure lamination, providing composite adhesion and moisture resistance. Additionally, the surface has many invisible micropores that effectively prevent external water molecules from entering the bag.

2. High-Temperature Resistance: The strength of sterilized paper-plastic packaging bags is mainly controlled by their warp and weft directions. Since vinylon water-soluble yarn maintains a single yarn breaking force of 180° unchanged, and the ignition point of paper is 183°C, the composite bag also possesses high-temperature resistance characteristics.

3. Aging Resistance: As paper is a plant-based material that is not prone to aging and is opaque, the inner and outer paper layers of sterilized paper-plastic packaging bags effectively protect the paper from aging under ultraviolet radiation, giving the packaging bag anti-aging properties.

4. High Strength: The strength of sterilized paper-plastic packaging bags is primarily controlled by their warp and weft directions. As the weft disc rotates counterclockwise, a triangular mesh structure is formed on the outer surface of the inner paper, significantly increasing the internal stress of the packaging bag and endowing it with high strength.

5. Anti-Slip Properties: During the pressure lamination process, a triangular mesh structure is formed on the outer surface of sterilized paper-plastic packaging bags, increasing the friction coefficient of the bag's outer surface. This prevents the bags from slipping during stacking (with stacking heights of up to 40 degrees).

6. Environmental Protection: Since vinylon water-soluble yarn is not treated with resin acetalization, it can dissolve in 80°C hot water to form a colloidal solution. After soaking, the inner and outer layers of paper can be recycled to produce recycled paper, thereby not polluting the environment.
