The different sources of raw materials, production batches, production seasons, production machines, and many other reasons can affect the color of kraft paper rolls. This color difference is difficult to avoid and cannot be controlled. Generally, the same batch of kraft paper can ensure 98% color consistency.
Kraft paper printing can use flexographic printing, gravure printing, offset printing, and screen printing processes. As long as one is proficient in the essentials of printing technology, familiar with the printing ink and kraft paper printing suitability, selects and blends ink reasonably, and controls equipment parameters, the best quality effect can be obtained.
But for some small packaging printing and processing factories, or small factories that have just started production and operation of kraft paper packaging, due to various limitations, there may still be some problems with product quality.
