China's plastic woven container bags are mainly exported to Japan and South Korea, and are vigorously developing markets in the Middle East, Africa, the United States, and Europe. Due to the production of oil and cement, there is a high demand for container bag products in the Middle East region; In the African region, almost all state-owned oil companies focus on developing plastic woven products, and there is also a high demand for container bags. Africa can accept the quality and grade of Chinese container bags, so there is no major problem in opening up the market in Africa. The United States and Europe have high quality requirements for container bags, while China's container bags still cannot meet their requirements.
The quality of container bags is crucial, whether they are good or bad. So, there are strict standards for container bag products in the international market. The emphasis of the standards varies. Japan pays attention to details, Australia focuses on form, and the European Community standards focus on product performance and technical indicators, which are concise and to the point. The United States and Europe have strict requirements on the anti ultraviolet, anti-aging, safety factor and other aspects of container bags.
The 'safety factor' is the ratio between the maximum load-bearing capacity of a product and its rated design load. The main focus is on whether there are any abnormalities in the contents and bag body, as well as whether the connections are damaged, after repeatedly lifting several times the amount of content on the container bag. In similar standards both domestically and internationally, the safety factor is generally set at 5-6 times. Container bag products with a five fold safety factor can be safely used for a longer period of time. If anti UV additives are added, the application range of container bags will be wider and have stronger competitiveness, which is an undeniable fact.
When the sling is connected to the bag body, there are various forms such as top suspension, bottom suspension, and side suspension, and they are connected by stitching, so stitching is also quite important. Relying solely on the high strength of the sling, the base fabric and stitching cannot achieve a certain level of strength, nor can they guarantee the overall high performance of the container bag.
Container bags mainly contain block, granular, or powdered items, and the physical density and looseness of the contents have a significant impact on the overall results. The basis for determining the performance of container bags should be as close as possible to the products that the customer wants to load for testing, which is the "test specific standard filling material" written in the standard, and the technical standards should be used as much as possible to meet the challenges of the market economy.
Generally speaking, container bags that have undergone lifting tests will not have any problems. If the bag really falls off during port, railway, or truck lifting, there are only two situations: one is due to operational error, and the other is that the type of container bag fails the lifting test.
For container bags that can achieve a safety factor of more than 5 times, two of the four lifting rings or one of the two lifting rings must have a tensile performance of more than two and a half times the rated load. Even if the two lifting rings are disconnected, the overall container bag will not have any problems.
