Dissolution method for paper plastic composite bags

Plastic woven bags and composite plastic woven bags are mainly made of polypropylene or polyethylene resin, with a small amount of auxiliary materials added. After mixing, the plastic film is melted and extruded by an extruder, cut into silk, stretched below the melting temperature of the resin, and made into high-strength and low elongation flat silk through molecular orientation and heat setting. Then, they are wound, woven, (laminated), loaded and sewn into plastic woven bags and composite plastic woven bags. Paper plastic composite bags are made of paper bags of appropriate weight, laminated, bonded, and sewn with paper strips on the edges. Pure heating: Place the paper surface flat on a heating plate and then heat it through the heating plate; When the temperature reaches between 150 ℃ and 280 ℃; After heating for another 20 to 50 seconds, the plastic on the paper plastic composite material will begin to deform, shrink, and separate from the paper surface. This method can separate the waste paper plastic composite bags that could not be processed before, thereby enabling the renewable use of waste paper, such as: making pulp and paper from waste paper; Utilize recycled plastic pellets, then re draw them to make paper plastic composite bags, or inject them into new plastic products. It can turn waste paper plastic composite bags into treasures, and also solve environmental problems, making it have huge economic and social benefits. The dissolution method uses discarded paper plastic composite bags as raw materials, and separates them into paper monomers by dissolving them in organic solvents. Then, the pulping and papermaking process is carried out, and the raw materials are placed in the organic solvent dissolution tank. After heating and stirring, the plastic layer is dissolved, and the paper monomers and other monomer layers are separated. After drying, the selected paper sheets are used for pulping and papermaking. This method is simple and feasible, with high separation efficiency and ideal results for paper plastic composite bags. The separated paper can be used for papermaking, reducing the production cost of papermaking; Woven bags can be used for recycling and remanufacturing into woven bags or other plastic products, thereby achieving comprehensive resource recycling, protecting the environment, and making greater contributions to China's environmental protection cause.
